It is used solely to power the features you use within the App and is never shared with advertisers or used for profiling outside the Service. You can delete all your health data at any time from within the App settings.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
